& Vitiligo. |

Rani
Nagraj of Coimbatore had scaly lesions on her scalp legs and
arms for over ten years and this condition worsened till in
1985 she consulted Dr. J.R.
Krishnamoorthy, a Private Medical Practitioner
at Kunrathur, 20 Kms off Chennai city through a reference
made by her local Doctor. By then she had tried out most known
treatments under modern medicine for such problems. She could
recall how her father also had similar problems of the skin
spread over his body. Under Dr.
J.R. Krishnamoorthy's herbal treatment which
continued for over two years she had a remarkable recovery
from this long standing repulsive skin ailment of hers. She
was suffering from Psoriasis. |
| |
Ganesh,
35, of Singapore, had been having reddish papules and patches
over his body for over thirteen years and it was getting worse
with time covering even his face. Till then he was treated
with some steroidal applications that did little help to prevent
recurrence. A Coal tar treatment also offered little relief.
|
| |
Early
in 1985, he heard of one 777 Oil as an effective
solution for his problem through an Indian friend and decided
to come to India. In his 25-day stay and treatment using the
oil, his body was clear of the lesions. Back in Singapore
he continued the medicine for a year and had no recurrence
thereafter. Ganesh was a typical Psoriatic patient. |
| |
Rani
Nagraj and Ganesh aren't the only people suffering from Psoriasis.
Psoriasis is prevalent in all parts of the world and an estimated
2 % of the world population (nearly 4 crore) suffer from the
disease. |

The
study covered a target period of 12-16 weeks of treatment
and a subsequent follow-up study over 2-4 years. The observations
revealed that scaling stopped in 2-3 weeks, thickening reduced
around 6-12 weeks and itching stopped. The study was done
for both external application of 777 Oil and
intake of 777 Oil. |
| |
| In
the follow-up study of 2-4 years, the CRI (S)
reports that periodicity of recurrence postponed, intensity
reduced and complications minimized or nil. In a study on
associated problems in Psoriasis, Dr.
