Withania somnifera one of the ingredients of Aforte is known for its adoptogenic (antistress) activity and helps to increase sustained physiological endurance. Centella asiatica the other herb, has shown behavioral improvement in mentally affected children.

Stress and depression are clinically observed in most of the Psoriasis patients and hence A - Forte is recommended.
How long the treatment should be continued?
Aforte and Pesin should be continued till the active phase of Psoriasis is controlled and thereafter on the advise of the consultant the therapy may be extended.
