requirements: |
Give
your complete name, address, zip code and telephone no and
e-mail id along with the payment clearly mentioning what product
and what packing is required. If you are already undergoing
treatment, the diagnosis and treatment particulars and the
extent of the problem to enable us to recommend the required
quantities for your use. A recent photograph of the affected
areas would help. |

Diagnosis
of the skin condition by a recognized physician as Psoriasis/Vitiligo/
etc is expected to have been done. Orders for products must
be made upon establishment at your end of the exact problem
to avoid use or application erroneously. |

The required items shall be sent to you subject to import laws in the respective countries. The company shall not accept any liability that may arise post the despatch of the items. Duties, taxes and any other costs leviable at the respective countries shall be borne by the consignee. Please give atleast 2-3 weeks time to effect shipment.
