  Bekay for Hepatoprotection
 
Protective effect of Bekay against CCl4 induced hepatic damage in animals was studied.
 
The blood and serum parameters sucha as Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Bilirubin, Total serum protein (TSP), Lipid peroxidation (LP), Superperoxidase dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), Glutathione (GSH), Glycogen (GLY), Glutathione peroxidase (GPX) were determined in Bekay treated and non treated animals. The result is presented in the table 1.
