1*J.R.Krishnamoorthy, 2Ranganathan S, 2Gokulshankar S, 2 Ranjith MS |
| |
Methods
 |
Effect of G7 in Histamine Release from Mast Cells |
 |
Effect of G7 in Release of Interleukin (IL) 1 from Keratinocyte culture |
 |
Effect of G7 in Release of Interleukin 8 from Keratinocyte culture |
 |
Chronic Eczema |
Results
The Histamine release from the cultured mast cells lowered with increased dose of G7
The release of IL1 was highly suppressed by G7 at 100 g concentration -
G7 effectively suppressed the release of IL8 by the keratinocytes when irradiated by UV or induced by PMA (refer Table 3).
Effect of G7 in the Release of Interleukin (IL) 8 from Keratinocyte Culture
The present study clearly reveals that G7 is effective in preventing Mast cell degranulation event as well as the release of IL 1 and IL8 from cultured keratinocytes thereby effectively helps to manage the allergic reactions in the skin.

In
today’s jet-set life style, due to change of food
habits from natural to junk , shift of work hour drastically
and hence change of biological clock of our body , home
and work related stress etc coupled with continuous
exposure to different types of pollution, there is obvious
onslaught of whole host of germs and microbes round
the clock on our body . Hence you will agree that developing
a strong, robust body- defense mechanism is the need
of the hour. Our Immune power has to be made stronger
to such an extent that it can fight very effectively
and efficiently those germs and microbes, pernicious
